The Role

Bring us a client. We handle the rest. You earn.

We're a Zürich-based digital agency working with Swiss SMEs and companies across the DACH region. We build and manage websites, performance marketing campaigns, custom software, and AI solutions for our clients.

We're looking for someone who can open doors. You identify companies with a digital need, start the conversation, and hand us the contact. From that point onward, we handle everything, including proposals, negotiations, and delivery.

Earning Potential

Monthly on retainer clients for the first 6 months

A mid-sized web project typically means CHF 1'000 to 2'000 directly for you. There is no upper limit, your earnings are determined by your own effort.

No three-week onboarding, no internal ticket system. You bring a lead, we talk it through and turn it into a project.

Commission-based, no fixed hours, no location requirement. For the right person, there's a clear path toward a part-time or full-time role with a fixed salary.

We don't hire blindly. We hire once you have proven what you can do.

01-Commission-Based Entry.

You generate leads, we handle the offer, negotiation, and execution. 20% commission per project, plus 10% monthly on retainer clients for the first 6 months.

02-Part-Time Employment with a Base Salary.

After two to three successful deals, we will discuss a fixed base salary plus commission. No vague promises: if you deliver, you get the offer.

03-Full-Time Employment.

Base salary plus commission. You will help build and shape the sales operations at Snow Dream Studios.

Alongside your studies. Real sales experience.

You decide when and how much you work. No mandatory hours, no attendance requirements. Each successfully delivered web project earns you CHF 1'000 to 2'000.
